I would like to offer the following very positive recommendation for Florida Painters of Lee County, Inc. The Villas at Gateway Greens is a community of 86 villas in 35 duplex and fourplex buildings. Each villa is approximately 1,650 square feet of living space plus a 2-car garage and screened lanai. After being chosen from 5 bidders we met with four representatives Florida Painters to go over the painting of the complete exterior of all the villas and to set a start date for the project.
A couple weeks prior to the start date several representatives from the company and our HOA did a walk-through of the property to identify any special situations. Work was begun exactly on the date promised and proceeded swiftly until completion. Once the job was done, another walk-through was done to identify any issues we had.
The few issues that were identified were corrected quickly and efficiently. We cannot say enough about the quality of the job and the cooperation of the on-site supervisors and their workers. We were also impressed by the easy and effective communications with the company.
